- MEMusaaleh EvansMar 8, 20251.0USPS shipping service is subpar just like all the other shipping services. They hire people that don’t care about nothing but they selves. No wonder our packages are always missing and products are always damaged. Amazon is the only shipping service that is some way decent. Don’t use usps if u don’t have to save yourself the headache. Oh yea and the cherry on top is they don’t answer the phones!

I ordered something on amazon and wondered why it was being returned. I called the post office and asked what happened. The supervisor stated we were not getting mail because we didn’t have a mail box. I informed her it’s never been an issue. She stated “it’s an issue now”. I asked her how I supposed to know? Couldn’t the mail carrier leave a note? She said how can he leave a note if you don’t have a mailbox? *rolling my eyes*. I said ok I will order a mailbox but it can’t be delivered if I don’t have a mailbox? She said oh no, the package will get delivered because it’s too big to put in Mailbox. 🤷🏽♀️
