  This is the worst UPS location and I would highly advise you to save your braincells and go to a different location. Why is your employee not able to answer basic questions on the phone and then he's uncomfortable giving me his name on the phone?? Every question I asked this kid said I DONT KNOW. Hire people that can confidently help customers and are not airheads.

  I just wanted to say how great Sweti was helping me ship some documents overseas. She was so patient and guided me through everything step-by-step. Also, I really appreciated that she told me about any price changes right away before doing them. Thanks, Sweti!

  My experience here is always great. Capt. Andy and Deepti are consistently so helpful, friendly, and professional. Parking is always available and close to the store as well. I am a student and I always go here for my returns. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that every question is answered. I also am a mailbox customer for a long time and notary customer and they have really good prices always. The customer service is truly outstanding, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people they’re helping. I always leave feeling welcomed and taken care of. Amazing service every time I go! I highly recommend going here.

  The worst store I ever been to. They can’t keep a small box of business cards for a week. They send it back to the shipper. Don’t do business with this store.
