Between this and the Kearny office I’m surprised we get any mail at all, the incompetence of both facilities is STAGGERING. My package, which should have been here on Wednesday at the latest, sat in Kearny for three days. It finally went out for delivery today and didn’t get delivered, so I’m betting that they lost it. Missed scans, packages sitting for days, getting “lost”, being shipped to another state, etc. Things like this happen to about 1/3 of my packages. There are hundreds of bad reviews and multiple Reddit threads of people complaining about both of these offices, and nothing is being done. Incompetent.

Worst post office ever! You have to jump thru hoops to speak to anyone New Jersey seems to lose shit all the time! Can’t get a hold of anyone at any post office in New Jersey! This has to be right in there as one of the worst federal agencies besides the social security office!

Went to the post office got there just before closing and the employees locked the doors before the post office was actually closed. I still had more than five minutes remaining and they locked the door on customers. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I do not recommend using this post office.

My package was sent to this location from Jacksonville Fl........ It was supposed to be shipped originally to PR. It was originally sent from TX. Its been 3 days. It is not logical to send a big package down from FL to middle of NJ when its closer just to ship it to the destination. A waste of time, money and possibly my package.
