I mailed an Express package on 1/5/26, fully aware weather could cause delays. The issue wasn’t the weather — it was the false delivery attempt. The carrier marked “no response” and later “no access,” even though this property receives USPS, UPS, and FedEx daily with no problems.
Security footage confirmed the carrier never approached the gate, never dialed in, never rang the bell, and never left a notice. They simply looked from the vehicle and drove away.
This level of negligence and inaccurate reporting is unacceptable, especially for a service customers pay a premium for. I filed a grievance and hope this location improves accountability and basic delivery practices.👎👎

On December the 8th an item that I ordered from ebay was scheduled for a pick up to go back to the seller...the driver picked up my box scanned the pick up sheet at my door and never scanned my box I have it all on surveillance camera...2 weeks later the seller contacted me stated that he never received the item...I checked the tracking and it's saying that the driver never picked it up which is a lie because he is on my camera at 434pm picking the item up scanning the pick up sheet but never scanned the box....the supervisor called after I issued a complaint told me to file a claim and then proceeded to denied my claim....after numerous phone call its becoming clear to me that my item is not lost..."allegedly" they are stealing at this location and nothing is being done about it...

I’d like to preface this with stating my husband is in the military. Him and our family are currently stationed overseas. However, we do have access to an APO, and the post office is a United States post office.
I have sent and received packages from overseas without issue for a long time through the APO. However, my mother and stepfather have been trying to ship my family a package that is normally $15 through this post office for about a week now, only to be told by the workers that it would cost over $200, and I would have to pay an import duty. They also kept telling my parents to put the country that I am currently in, despite the APO and the address I receive mail at considered to be a part of the United States (APO, AE). After trying repeatedly to send the package and running into the same issue with the same grossly incompetent workers, my parents decided to ship the package through the Woodbridge post office and were able to do so WITHOUT ISSUE.
I truly IMPLORE the management and postmaster to do some retraining with their workers regarding military mail. This has been a DEEPLY frustrating experience! Shame on these workers!!!!
