- NBNunya BusinessAug 13, 20251.0I’m just here to let the voices of other people be heard and come to a conclusion and have the place investigated, listen to the people. Like other reviews have said, this place has lost packages before. I once had a package lost and it said delivered for a whole day practically. Then it says “package couldn’t be delivered cause of wrong information, address”, it was something along those lines but you get the point. I actually have to open a ticket and also call for them to TELL ME that THEY lost my package. The manager asked the driver what he did with the package to which whoever the incompetent person was said “I don’t know”. Luckily the shipper/store sent me another after I sent them proof of USPS losing my package. In which is odd, it’s only THIS location specifically where they’re a bit odd. I’ve had packages be shipping from other USPS locations even within the same county but have never come into an issue with. Idk who needs to be investigated, the location, or their workers they keep blaming. At this point, they need to have a camera in the vehicle or a body camera.
