I signed up through BJ’s for what was advertised as a “free” water dispenser with a delivery subscription through Primo. The dispenser was delivered on January 22, and within 24 hours it failed internally and dumped an entire 5-gallon jug of water onto my kitchen floor.
I attempted to contact customer service and got nowhere—online chat said someone would follow up in 5–7 business days. No one ever did.
Instead, about a week and a half later, they just dropped off another identical dispenser at my door without contacting me. No explanation, no resolution, and no replacement for the water that was lost due to their defective equipment.
On top of that, there is a $15 “delivery fee” that was not clearly disclosed when signing up for what was supposed to be a “free delivery” service.
So now I’m stuck with:
Two dispensers (one defective, one I didn’t ask for)
No accountability from customer service
Charges that don’t match what was advertised
This entire experience feels disorganized at best and misleading at worst. If something goes wrong, don’t expect timely support or a proper resolution.
I’m now trying to cancel and get them to come pick up their equipment, which is another challenge in itself.
Would not recommend.

Delivered water order, got here little early and very pleasant employee told me they would get me in about 8 to unload, in dock now unloading my semi is going great and reloading empty containers to go back. Very good to work with people that are decent and care.

Ever since Primo took over from Ready Refresh I’ve had nothing but trouble. They notify you about 20 minutes ahead of delivery so if you are not home you don’t get to leave your empties out. We now have about 20 empty water bottles. This morning I almost caught them but by the time I ran outside to tell them to wait for me to bring my bottles out they drove away already. So frustrating and we look like hoarders. Their app is a joke and doesn’t even have a number to reach customer service - only a chatbot

Awful awful awful. Constantly cancelled or are no shows and when they arrived unexpectedly I had no idea and ended up with 12 empty bottles and the left 6 full bottles. When I finally was able to get thru to someone to cancel the customer service was terrible and no one ever showed up to pick up the 18 empty bottles. Plus the delivery guy was a jerk twice to my daughter and would leave the heavy water bottles on the front porch and I had to lug them to the back (that’s when they would show up). I do not recommend this company! I never had an issue when it was ready fresh but when primo took over it was he worst customer service and delivery I’ve ever experienced.
