    Awful awful awful. Constantly cancelled or are no shows and when they arrived unexpectedly I had no idea and ended up with 12 empty bottles and the left 6 full bottles. When I finally was able to get thru to someone to cancel the customer service was terrible and no one ever showed up to pick up the 18 empty bottles. Plus the delivery guy was a jerk twice to my daughter and would leave the heavy water bottles on the front porch and I had to lug them to the back (that’s when they would show up). I do not recommend this company! I never had an issue when it was ready fresh but when primo took over it was he worst customer service and delivery I’ve ever experienced.

    When ready fresh delivered orders where always on time and email sent. Since primo brands took over we never if or when we will get our water. Delivery changes or cancels without any notification. Items are missing etc. And you cant get through to customer service or they won't answer emails.

    Ready Refresh / Primo Brands has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have been customers since before Ready Refresh and Primo Brands took over. Their customer service and reliability has degraded significantly over the last couple of years. We were supposed to get a delivery of 10 bottles, plus 3 cases of bottled water on Wednesday. Got an email that said they were moving the delivery to Thursday, ok no problem. Thursday, get an email that delivery was rescheduled to Friday, ok, again, no big deal. Friday comes and goes, and no delivery, and no notification that anything changed. Log on to our account and it says our delivery was canceled. No explanation. I reach out to customer service, they say sorry we had to change the delivery schedule and your delivery was cancelled, your next delivery is Aug 15, 3 weeks from now. WOW! I can't imagine a worse way to treat your customers. We are depending on you to keep our office stocked. I get it, things come up, drivers call out, but to just cancel an order and then tell the customer we can't get to you for another 3 weeks! The absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. I can't close my account with this company fast enough. STAY AWAY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOU WATER.

    Have been a loyal ReadyRefresh customer. I haven't had a order that was correct since Ready Refresh was taken over by primo brands. Last order that was correct was March 2025. Was lied to by customer service about not knowing items were out of stock. Deliveries mysteriously disappeared from my dashboard on the day of delivery. In June 2025 took my empties but left no order. Was told by customer service that the 2nd truck would be delivering the order. A big fat lie! Now, a delivery was supposed to be delivered today. Mysteriously delivery disappeared and no order. On the phone for over 2 hours and I will not get a delivery. So, again 5 months without a correct delivery or no delivery at all for 2 months. So frustrating!

    Since Primo has taken over my previous company (ReadyRefresh) I can't seem to get a delivery. They push out the delivery day each day ( tomorrow never comes). I am promised that the delivery will definitely be tomorrow, and yet I am still waiting. Two weeks now. At this point I would like them to pick up the dozen empty bottles and I will find another company. Never had this problem with ReadyRefresh. Very frustrating
