Please avoid for passport application. The lady working there is extremally rude and slow! We were late 1 minute for our appointment. It took her 5 minutes to get from the back and first thing she did, she yelled at us for being late! 1 minute, really?!?!?! I hope that USPS will finally notice what type of people they hire.

Fire Tanesha! I just read all of the passport experiences from this location, and now I understand it. We were about 4-5 minutes late for our 1030 appointment to get passport for our 8 month old b/c she had spit up on herself and needed a change... I figured its a 15 min appointment, my wife has already filled out all the forms, got the pictures, cut a check - they will have some decency and see us anyway - it only actual takes a couple minutes to check the forms.... NOPE. We arrive and speak to a woman at the counter, who informs us Tanesha is swamped with back to back passports today and there is no way she will be able to see us... it's 1035 and there is not a soul in the post office. I ask if we can speak to Tanesha... again told she is really swamped with appointments (again this is during our appt window... 5 min in, she cannot have anything else scheduled at this time on the portal), she will go and see if she can come out.... Tanesha is not able to come talk to us, during our appointment window, because she is so busy with passport appointments? We stand there for 5 minutes waiting for the two intermediaries we are working through to produce Tanesha... then a woman moseys out from the back, hits a couple of buttons on a computer and slowly moseys out of sight in the back. I again ask the intermediary if Tanesha can please speak to us, she goes "oh, that was Tanesha"... ...My wife and I have been waiting for Tanesha for ten minutes now, asking why she wont talk to us, we have an appointment with this woman at this time, and the woman comes within 3 feet of us and the woman we have been asking over and over and over to please get her, and she DOESN'T INTRODUCE US?? So I ask if she can have her come back out... No dice. Intermediary says, if the next appointment at 1045 no shows, then Tanesha will have an open slot and can see us then... 1046, the appointment doesnt show, we again request Tanesha... Intermediary explains she now has "special project" she is working on, despite this being during the appointment she had scheduled - the original reason she couldn't see us. We waited there for 20 minutes holding our baby - and this woman who is clearly within earshot, just straight up will not do her job. Wont even explain to us why she wont do it. Long story short, everyone we interacted with at this office sucks at their job. And worse, they are all actively conspiring together to ensure that they do not have to complete the work that they are being paid to do. They aren't even subtle about it, read through the other reviews - they are just explicitly like, "no we're not going to do our jobs". These people are civil servants, so in essence they are essentially defrauding us as taxpayers. I tried to file a complaint, they wouldn't produce the manager "Mark", said he was on a break himself, ideally I'd fire the whole group and start clean, but definitely fire Tanesha.

DO NOT SCHEDULE A PASSPORT APPOINTMENT HERE!!! HORRIBLE STAFF! I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. We made an appointment for a passport for our baby and arrived on time, only to be told after checking in that the employee responsible for handling passport appointments had already left for the day before our scheduled appointment time. There was no prior notice, no phone call, no email, and no attempt to reschedule in advance. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. Appointments, especially those involving infants, require planning, coordination, and effort on the part of parents. We made arrangements to be there on time with all necessary documents, only to have our time completely disregarded. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of accountability or urgency from the staff on-site. There was no clear explanation, no meaningful apology, and no effort to accommodate us despite the office’s error. Situations like this are entirely avoidable with basic communication and respect for customers’ time. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience for something that should have been straightforward. I strongly urge this office to improve its scheduling practices and communication, as well as its approach to customer service, so that other families do not have to go through the same inconvenience.

Tried to call and ask for information. Impossible to get through to a human being. The phone bot didn’t understand my question and got stuck in a loop of asking for clarification.
