Can I ask why all the employees at this post office are so rude? My husband and I have been here multiple times and each time we are treated so poorly…After asking fairly simple questions. There is always a long line, which is understandable as there usually only two people providing services.. People wait for their turn and then are met with such obnoxious behavior. Is there no accountability?

Showed up for scheduled passport photo appointment and was told that it could not be done because the clerk had “other things to do”.
