  Beware of TAPING FEES / Hidden Charges This location does not stock the standard adhesive label sleeves that most shipping stores provide for free. Instead, they force customers to either pay a taping fee (minimum $3 just to tape your label on) or purchase a roll of tape starting at $6. I could understand if they had to tape my package for me but my package was already taped. This feels like an intentional money-grab to profit from a basic shipping necessity that should be provided as standard service. So arrive pre-labeled — or better yet consider going to another location where they aren’t trying to rip customers off.

  I was there to do a very large printing job 11x17 ledger sized drawings. He said the price was $2.99 per B&W page also he said they were the cheapest. I printed only 23 pages for $77.58 @ $2.99/page in contrast another UPS in my town charged me ONLY $0.69/Page total of $17.99 both same size and same quality paper. unbelievable. I am attaching the pictures so they can believe me. I don't know what's with the outrageous pricing.

  Almost $10 just to print 1 label, every other ups store is $1-$2. Complete rip off

  If I could leave no stars I would, I had a package delivered by ups which was ruined by ups with package damaged and also my product being destroyed. On top of all this you would think the ups manager would be caring enough to not yell at me for retuning a box they delivered because it was damaged. When stating what the driver told me to do and return it back to the store I was still criticized by the “manager” for the box being damaged where I then had to spend $10 on tape to fix. If this isn’t telling me ups is being taken over by Amazon then i don’t know what is but this is horrible customer service and horrible all around service.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store! The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. I came in with a few questions about shipping a package internationally, and they walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. They even helped me securely repackage the item to avoid any damage during transit. It’s clear they care about doing things right and making sure customers leave satisfied. The store was clean, organized, and I was in and out in no time. Definitely my go-to location for shipping needs. Highly recommend!
