I gave up after the staff member took over 25 minutes to work on 2 customers. Walked out due to obligations and said staff member was still processing passport photo for second customer and there were 5 people ahead. Second visit similar. I was first customer of the day and the second staff member was taking a seriously long amount of time to process package.

The female owner rudely interrupted the staff who was helping me and said they can’t notarize documents in different languages. What really offended me is that she yanked my documents that contained my personal information to show another customer and laughed “ I can’t read it, can you? ”. Sure enough Notary public can notarize in dual language as I got it done in another UPS store. This store owner is not only incompetent but also rude and disrespectful by showing a private document to another customer in store. Will never return to this store again!
