The lady was fighting w me for “why I looked at her” . She refused to send my certified mail. She sold me a wrong envelope to send my mail out. I was going back and forth between two post offices in my town to send my mail out. Both were so disrespectful and misleading for certifying a mail.

There is only one professional person there - an older gentleman, who is always kind and willing to help. The ladies are straight up impolite to their customers. I wish USPS made sure their staff learned some manners.
- AFAntonina FurfaroMar 23, 20181.0Ever since the management of the post office have changed we had nothing problems with this location - rude store clerks, letters were sent back to senders, but today was the final touch - the store clerk was talking at me. It was 9am and no other customers were there. The man was sitting on the chair visibly NOT overwhelmed with tasks. I asked if I can get the international forms and label. After he handed them to me I went back to filling them up. Then I asked if before closing the box I can get the rate so I know if I can add more things. He then rudely told me that I should not have wasted his time if I do not want to ship it. I told him I do want to ship it, but need to know the amount. After being back and forth with him I did not get a price correctly. When I asked to take the picture of the box I got yelled at "it was not allowed" - could have simply told me that, no attitude needed. Then came over the other lady to finish the transaction. However before I was leaving I was standing in the lobby taking pictured of the receipt and sending an email I hear them both talking trash about me - how I waste their time with all the nasty remarks. Peapack NJ is a small town with an exceptionally friendly citizens. Before the change took place the post office was one of those places, I wish the staff can get changed to the one we previously had
