How is it financially feasible to ship a package from its starting location which was Edison to Paterson and then ship said package to LeHigh Valley PA and then to Harrisburg PA only to ship it back to Paterson. Delaying my package over a week now when it should have been the standard Amazon two day delivery time. Whoever thought it was a good idea to do this should be fired on the stop immediately for incompetence and save us the taxpayers money.

When I asked if they had the package and I could possibly retrieve it myself, they told me they would look for it. They apparently never did. I was then told to initiate a missing mail search. I did, and then a week later they said they attempted delivery (which was a lie), and immediately marked the package as return to sender. When I asked again if I could retrieve the package since it had magically been found, I was told that I could not as it was already being returned. I'm not even mad anymore, I'm impressed by the level of incompetence.
