I waited all day, have cameras installed, yet the delivery driver marked it delivered but didn’t even drive by. When I filed a report and got a call back, the lady said that their tracking showed that the driver dropped it off. After I told her that I had proof of the driver not even driving by at the time of this supposed delivery, she said she would get back to me. Eventually she called me back saying that it was dropped off at the wrong location. Then when I asked if they were going to fix their error, she said that the driver went on vacation after her shift that evening. Are you kidding me? Seems like they’re all in this together, covering for each other while stealing people’s packages. A bunch of thieves.
