When we arrived, we saw a young woman cleaning in front of the postal service. My mom politely asked her when it would open, since they don’t open at a consistent time and are often late. Instead of helping, the woman responded with a bad attitude and said, ‘Can you even read?’ I asked her in English so I can translate for my mom, but she continued to be extremely rude and dismissive. Later, an older staff member checked the tracking number and claimed the package wasn’t from there. I showed her the tracking information on my phone and on paper, which clearly said USPS, but she refused to help. She was also rude, and I noticed she treated non-English speakers even worse. Unfortunately, many of the workers here seem miserable and unwilling to do their jobs properly. They treat customers poorly and act like helping people is a problem.
