- AFAngel FrancoFeb 20, 20261.0I attempted to drop off a shipment today, but the staff refused to accept the packages, stating that the volume was 'too many for them.' This is highly disappointing as a customer who relies on the USPS for consistent service. As a local business/sender, I expect a postal facility to be equipped to handle standard outbound shipments during regular business hours. Being turned away without an alternative solution or a clear policy explanation is unprofessional and causes significant delays. I hope management addresses their intake capacity and staff training to ensure all customers are served regardless of their package count.

And this is the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE ! Awful is the least to say. You walk into a garbage dump. There’s literally garbage everywhere you look. The place hasn’t seen a mop and broom for a while now. But the worst part? After finally finding a parking spot, I go in to buy regular US stamps, and I was told they didn’t have any, they ran out of stamps and they need to order them. Really?This is irresponsibility as well as the worst customer service. Where’s the manager??
