- NNNikMar 14, 20261.0I ordered a post office box online went in to show ID and get the key, I was told give it 2 days before trying to access the box. I waited a week the key didn’t work. The clerk said my box was closed for non payment. The payment wasn’t due for 3 months. They then said oh it’s the wrong key, they gave me another key. I went back checked again key wasn’t working. They gave me a new key. I asked about my mail received they said there was none. No mail received in 3 weeks not even the card asking about changing my address?

Totally incompetent workers. No mail delivery since October. The only recourse is contacting all 3 USPS offices in Washington. These clerks should be fired. Its tampering with first class mail!!
