    I see in the reviews that others haven't received forwarded and COA mail. Ive contacted the PO, been online and been in person several times. Totally incompetent workers. No mail delivery since October. The only recourse is contacting all 3 USPS offices in Washington. These clerks should be fired. Its tampering with first class mail!!

    Our office moved over 2 months ago, and we cannot get our mail forwarded. We've tried numerous times and everything is still getting returned to sender. We've called, tried online and went in person 3 times yet still no mail. Very frustrated.

    Visited this location 13 days ago. I was told the lock on my mailbox would be changed in 4 days. I have been patient and understanding with the fact that there can be delays with this process but wow 9 days after they said they would change it AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED?! I even submitted a service request and it still has not been changed. Now I have mail being delivered that I have no access to. I saw that there was another review that said it took them over a whole frickin month to get theirs changed. So am I supposed to wait a whole damn month?
