I have been patient and understanding with the fact that there can be delays with this process but wow 9 days after they said they would change it AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED?! I even submitted a service request and it still has not been changed. Now I have mail being delivered that I have no access to. I saw that there was another review that said it took them over a whole frickin month to get theirs changed. So am I supposed to wait a whole damn month?
