  The people that work here are all rude, and make it obvious they hate working there, let alone helping you with what you need. They all have a tone to their voice when you talk to them, and treat you like you're an inconvenience to their day. The manager helped me with my Amazon return, and was giving me a dirty look the entire time; I think because I had earbuds in, but they're the type without wires, with a mode that lets you hear people when they talk; sorry Mr. Manager, but you need to get with the times, you're going to see more and more people with these types of earbuds in, and they're not meant to be taken out to talk! Get over yourself. You'd think for a dying chain store, that the employees, and ESPECIALLY the manager, would put on a smile, in hopes it might bring you back to the store to shop. NOPE! This store is in the same parking lot as my gym, and if not for the convenience, I'd never step foot into this store, again. Awful experience, and that was just for an Amazon return. I can't imagine needing assistance buying anything from here, and how that would be handled. Good luck, Staples in Parsippany!

  I went in for a print job, and James told me to buy labels in aisle 3. Never going there again.

  We’ve had multiple issues with the printing services at this particular store, whether it’s photos, blueprints, cards, or anything else. There always seems to be some kind of problem, which makes using their services far more difficult than it needs to be. Today we picked up our holiday cards, and while they were ready on time and matched the proofs (which we appreciated), we ran into yet another issue. My husband mentioned we just needed envelopes, not realizing they should have been included with the order. With our own jobs and busy schedules, we don’t have time to drive back to the store to fix something that should have been done correctly in the first place. When my husband called to mention the envelopes, he asked if they could be shipped to our home since we’re can't return to the store. He was told they don’t ship, which is odd considering shipping is available when ordering online, and when I spoke with a general Staples customer service representative, the first solution they offered was to ship the envelopes directly to us. Do better.

  Shoutout to Rodrigo & James who were really diligent in helping me print out a gorgeous sign in time for my mom's milestone birthday. They walked me through the process and speedily delivered the poster.
