- JKJ K3 days ago1.0My dad and I have had a PO Box for over a year and half now. Mail isn't coming that much anymore. Strange thing is I complained to a gentleman behind the counter and he was very aggressive in his response stating we get plenty of mail. I've had missing W2 forms for tax purposes that were sent back to my previous employer twice, Social Services in New Brunswick 2 important letters were returned, Unemployment letters that were important that I personally picked up in New Brunswick with the USPS barcode on the letters. Then one day just a few weeks ago the same guy I complained to I overheard him and the other younger woman behind the counter making fun of a female customer as she was walking out the door as I was walking in. They were talking amongst themselves making fun of this woman's weight and size.. Horrible customer service. If you don't like your job then move on to something like cleaning toilets. A crappy job makes crappy employees. But be happy because there's a thousand people that would love to have your job.
