- KBKaba BayanSep 11, 20255.0Kudos to Shawn for always been a good customer postal service clerk at Washington Rd. Parlin. NJ. Everytime I go to drop my packages at this office, when Shawn is there he always have a good positive attitude. One day I was on the line to drop my packages, a woman ahead of me drop her package but he packed it improperly. Shaun helped her and packed her package for her properly with a SMILE. Unlike that other woman I think she is an Indian or Pakistani descent, I might be wrong but one day I came to drop my packages but she failed to scan it properly. She returned my packges to me (me spending time to packaged it properly, print the label with no issues) so, I told her to just type in the numbers manually. It doesn't take 1 minute to type in the numbers and she said she will only do it this time but next time she will not accept my package. If you don't want to do some extra work for a minute or do your job properly then find another job. Again, KUDOS to Shawn and keep up the good work. We need more people like you!
