At approximately 1:52 pm, I was standing at the door with my 3-year-old daughter when a woman named Monica entered and abruptly closed the door, nearly catching my daughter's hand. Monica failed to acknowledge or apologize for her actions, leaving my daughter terrified and in tears. Despite my complaints, Monica refused to open the door until 2 pm and showed no remorse, claiming she had done nothing wrong. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could investigate this matter and contact me.
