Today 2/4 I went promptly at walk in hours for passport services with my newborn. I was unable to schedule an appointment online that could accommodate both me and my husband. I arrived at 1 o’clock with all of my papers, and my husband came from his office nearby. The man at the counter with long hair told me that he could not accommodate me during walk-in hours. I asked him if he had children because then he would understand how difficult it is to bring a newborn to a passport appointment and how your entire day is planned around this event. At that time he became very angered as if I was attacking him, while in fact, I was just pleading for him to help me. I asked to speak with a manager. She also told me she could not accommodate me during walk in hours. The reasoning was that another appointment was coming in at 1 o’clock. I offered to stay to see if there were any no-show appointments as I would gladly take that slot. Again, I was told that I should leave because no matter what they would not accommodate me. This location, the manager, and the male attendant with long hair would benefit from soft people skills training as it is surely lacking. It’s sad to see that humanity is lost in such mundane interactions. Of note, five stars for Oradell post office who accommodated me, without an appointment and not even during their walk in hours because they clearly have customer service skills.

- AAAmyDec 17, 20254.0Have not needed to use the teller, but have had several packages that need to be scanned and the self-kiosk is great. I haven’t had an issue coming to drop off via self-checkout (latest I’ve come is 7pm). The package container needs a handle, though.

Had a package last week come here just to end up going all the way down to Central NJ then back to Teterboro and back to here, and had another package this week go out for delivery and just not end up being delivered. Shut this place down lol
