Ever since Steve retired the Oxford post office is the absolute WORST! The delivery woman on Axford Avenue will absolutely not leave packages on the porch, “for her safety” according to the postmaster, who thinks that is just fine. She told me “it’s rural delivery and they don’t generally leave their truck”. There are three steps up to my porch; on rainy days I leave the door open so she doesn’t have to go up the steps but rather just slide it on the porch.
Instead of the government pouring more money into the USPS it should be disbanded.
Don’t you love the new tv ads showing packages being delivered by friendly mail carriers, getting out of their truck to deliver packages to the front door to hand it to the customer? 😡
These were due by 2:00 pm today, waited until 3:00, left message on door to leave on porch. This is how this worthless carrier left them, in the rain no less! Don’t bother calling the post master either as she is just as worthless!

People in the post office are very rude! There is one lady there that lied straight through her teeth to me. I went in asking about a package that was supposed to be delivered to me on 12/21/17. On 12/23 when I asked if they could help me figure out when I will be getting my order this lady told me that the wrong address was put on it and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked if I could see the paper she was reading my tracking info from , as I also had it on my phone. She said absolutely not and that I won't be getting my package. On 12/26 I called usps customer service and they told me they will do an investigation to find the package and also told me the address on the package was the CORRECT address.they still don't know why I haven't received my package.
This post office always loses mail when mailed from there. Never fails, it has went down hill since the guy retired.

I cannot stand this post office. The lady who delivers my mail is too lazy to get out of her truck, come to to my door and make me sign for my packages. Instead she will say no one was home when someone was. At the actual post office they are slow. There's always one person on with a line. When I request my mail to be held, they either can't find it or the sent it out. When I want to file an OFFICIAL complaint, they try to convince me other wise. I definitely will be filing a official complaint after today!
