The Us Postal Service as an entity is dying because times have change so much. Blissfully I live in a town where the only time I have to talk to the Postmaster she was available and ready to help me with my inquiry. However, I came to the City of Orange to see someone and I saw the office open went in to send a letter thru regular mail. First lady that took care of me was very rude by asking three times if I have cash for the transaction. Even though I answer she was motivated to asked me three times. Then she turns around and told me that my postage was $5.25 I place at the window slot $6.00 dollars. And then she said if I got a quarter, I said can I paid with a credit card she responds the machine is down. Therefore I asked her why she didn’t say from the beginning that exact cash was need it. She smirk and when I asked her name she said with a head turn attitude “Danje” if that is her name. She was wearing the US Postal Service shirt unbuttoned. I have done a career in a uniform for the Federal Government and I always respect any uniform because it represents something bigger than ourselves When I asked for the postmaster they said she wasn’t present. Then I have talked to another lady at window five where a form for “inquiry “ was given to me to fill it out about what just happened. I told the lady at window 5 that this was the wrong form. Everything made sense to me when I got in google to leave a review and the score is 1.7 and the reviews are not good at all. Customer Service is a challenging work but they should not treat people with an attitude knowing that if we keep sending our letters they still have jobs.

The lady at the front is so rude! I tried to purchase a shipping container and she yells across the room “those are hidden for a reason you cant buy those” … they were out in the open & not hidden or else noone would have been able to find them lol. Then I am trying to mail out another item and she rudely tells ne she cant do it because her system isnt working. Avoid this place unless you want to waste your time & be given unwarranted attitude!
