I get on the phone to track my package only to be disrespected on the phone. The first time it rings for 2 minutes one nobody answers. The second time someone finally answers. This is how the conversation went “Is the package out for delivery?” “Yes it is” Well then it probably hasn’t been sorted” “So I can’t pick it up?” “Did you hear me the first time? I told you it has not been sorted, did you not hear me?” I think that is just truly rude and believe me, I have gone to this post office before for the same reason, so it is not the location, it is the person.

I constantly go to this drop-off location to take my packages. Most of the time I’ve been treated well by the staff, except for two occasions when I was assisted by the same man. Today I went and placed my packages in the drop-off area. Then I was unlocking my phone to show the QR codes for the shipments. I hadn’t even been at the counter for two minutes when the man rudely said, “If you don’t have everything ready, come back when you are. While you look for the information, I could help two or three other people.” He said it in a very rude manner, and I only needed a moment to unlock my phone. I confronted him and asked why he was being so rude, since this was the second time he had treated me this way. He is not patient, does not let customers finish speaking, and on two occasions he has provided very poor service.

I wish it had a zero star option! This is literally the worst post office! For being a customer and an employee and I was both! Literally everyone has an attitude! Then when you call for management. They have the same nasty not welcoming attitude!!! Like when will this end! Corporate does nothing! Just drive far out at this point
