- AAagusmery acosta3 days ago1.0very disappointing experience here during my passport appointment. the employee, Deja, spoke to me in a condescending way and even took a personal phone call while I was still being helped. the whole interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful.

They answered my questions, made the process quick and easy, and treated everyone with respect something that really stands out these days. I usually go to the Paramus location, where the staff is consistently unpleasant and the experience feels like a chore. Coming here was the complete opposite, and honestly, it was refreshing. If you want a smooth visit with people who actually act like they care, Oradell is the move.

She took less than 10 mins and was so sweet. She even guided me on the official website. Best post office!!! Thank you deja vu 😉 😜

He walked me through the process and was very patient with my never ending questions. I had a vacation coming up and was nervous my passport would not come in time. Marvin made sure my passport was expedited (it does cost extra though) and I just got back my passport today! In time for my vacation for the holidays. Thanks so much Marvin!
