I was driving to the post office sometimes twice a day to check for mail that was shown as arriving, only to find it was not there. Waiting 10 to 15 days for mail delivery is unacceptable especially when handling time-sensitive items such as checks. These delays are directly causing payroll issues and operational problems for my business. This situation needs to be addressed immediately. I escalated the issue last montand there is still no changes.

Today I came to have a package sent and the Postal clerk employee (Ann) was rude and sarcastic. Customer service is imperative in these positions and maybe she needs remedial customer service training. If she doesn't enjoy her job anymore or doesn't like to interact or have dialogue with another human being then she should consider another job. I will not be returning to this location.
