    The service at this UPS Store was okay overall, but the staff interaction was disappointing. The person assisting us, Sam, was quite rude and refused to allow me to take a picture for a Google review—even though it did not involve any people and was just of the store space. I understand rules, but the way it was communicated felt unnecessary and unpolite

    I'll never come here again. The short little woman who wears glasses is nasty and not helpful at all. I dont return packages every day so I needed help I basically went somewhere else

    Sam provided me with excellent service when I needed a cherished piece of hand-crafted art work, created by a dear deceased friend, to safely be sent to my home out of state. The work arrived in perfect condition. I am very grateful for his kindness and work in carefully packaging this item for me. Bless you, Sam!

    The man working at 6:30pm on December 26 was beyond rude for no reason. He has no customer service skills. Huffing, puffing, and rolling his eyes while claiming he is trying to help me. Disgusting and will never return to this location, especially when that guy is working.
