  I was at Staples tonight printing something for work. ONE PAGE! The PDF my marketing person sent me was not formatted correctly. I asked Nic for help and BAM! I know this seems like no big deal, but it was to me. Thank you NIC!!!

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Needed a laptop charger for an emergency and staff was really quick and responsive. They hooked me up with a proper charger and I was on my way in minutes.

  I was excited about Party City balloons at Staples so I went over to my local Staples. The manager was so incredibly rude. Could not be bothered to help me and actually rolled his eyes. All I wanted was balloons for my daughter’s three year old birthday. Such a shame. No wonder no one shops this messy uncared for store. Do better Staples if you want customers. W

  Hi I usually don’t write reviews but I make returns here pretty regularly and Donna was very dismissive of me and let people cut in front me when I just wanted to make a simple return. A gentleman was nice enough to make her aware that I was there first but she disregarded him and I think that’s just not right. So hopefully she treats others better than how I was treated today.
