- TFTodd FloraOct 22, 20251.0There's post office hand in my package to someone else even though every time we don't put the PO box every PO box has a name and in this town we don't have mailboxes we have to go to the Post office and if you don't put a PO box and you put the address in their computer it comes up as my neighbors PO box but they didn't do their job right and they don't want to accept it that they gave it to the wrong person watch out for your packages and make sure you put your PO box in your shipping info never had this problem with them before when I didn't put it on they still found me and put it in the right box I don't understand why this time it's different it's got me mad because they can't accept that they did wrong I can

I was a visitor and wasnt aware of po box only delivery in town so my delivery sat there for 2 weeks. I just spoke to a woman and a man employee (sorry didnt catch their names) and they decided to reship the item to my home address as I am no longer in town. Thank you so much for being so understanding and empowered to help people!
