When I get to the the sales associate advised I needed cancel my initial order adn repurchase in the store. That took an additional hour and resulted in (2) printers being shipped today. My original order to the Oakland store and one to my office. I was charged 2x on my AMEX which I now have to fix. I cannot press the EAZY BUTTON on this tranaction.
