  Honestly, going to Staples feels like stepping into the world’s most boring maze, because they *never* let us play hide and seek in the aisles, even though the giant stacks of paper and tall shelves and the chairs would make it the perfect arena. Every time we even think about having fun, the manager pops up out of nowhere, acting all dramatic like we’re planning a top-secret mission instead of just trying to hide behind printer boxes. And the way he watches us like we’re about to steal a stapler or rearrange the paper clips? Let’s just say the vibe is definitely weird. Staples could be awesome… but they never let us live.

  Had to print a full color 8 page booklet and was amazed by the quality of print and service at this particular Staples. Not all Staples are the same and the people make the difference. ALLISON- the print supervisor helped me through some mistakes I made when sending in the print and was so competent in her work that I am impressed. Will continue to come to this Staples because it's so difficult to find place that can do printing work seamlessly.

  1 star... actually Zero stars... the worst experience ever... the first printer didn't work. The second printer ran out of paper, the woman working has several people waiting on line, so I had to leave the printer and it timed out, I only need 3 more pages... so, she was no help at all. I wasted more money have to reprint everything just for the last 3 pages. I got no receipt from the first print session. I buying a printer and never going to a Staples again...

  First time visiting this location, music selection is nice, everything is clean and organized, I think the store was in the middle of inventory, cause it wasn't fully stocked, just minimal, but overall that's okay, I also like the fact that "Party City" is coming soon to "Staples" as well, we need something fun and exciting nowadays...

  I visited the Staples in Oakland, NJ on Monday, September 22, 2025, around 10:30 am and needed help printing a PDF from my phone. I asked three employees for assistance, and Allison was the only one who responded. She clearly explained what I needed to do and provided excellent customer service with professionalism. Thanks to Allison, I am giving this Staples location a 5-star review.
