The manager was rude, obnoxious and demonstrated extremely poor customer service skills over a simple Amazon return transaction. The UPS store commitment is: "The UPS Store® is committed to providing world-class customer service to our retail customers. We are committed to providing personalized and professional solutions while supporting our core values." This store manager needs to be reminded of this commitment and learn how to provide decent customer service.
- SESusan EkkerNov 28, 20251.0Terrible service. My very ill 96 year old neighbor ordered a bedside commode that was delivered to this store. Unable to go herself, she asked her nurse to get it for her. This store refused to release it to anyone but my 96yo neighbor. She face timed them, sent proof of her address, I took my drivers license and further IDs. They insisted only she can pick up because it's "policy". It is literally a bucket on a stand next to the bed. Shame on these people for their lack of empathy and common sense. Never going here again . . .
