He actually decided to have a back and forth in front of other customers. There were no apparent complaints nor was the amount of time extensive for complaints. It’s unfortunate to trade off customer service tactics for perceived issues or “reputation”.

If you think you are shipping something overnight, they say it will be there overnight then delivered the package the following day. AJ the manager gave excuses why they would not refund the $478.00 I spent on not getting what I paid for. I have been trying to get my money back and they have resorted to refusing my calls. That's how they do business at this location. They kept my money and did not deliver, literally!!!!
