When I entered the store, I said hello to the representative, but he didn't respond and turned his back on me. 2. He didn't ask me how he could help me. 3. He had a bad attitude. I've visited the store before, and there were other employees with very good attitudes, but the representative who was there today shouldn't work at UPS because it seems like he doesn't like his job.
