CONCERNING OUTCOME: READ BEFORE GOING HERE. Absolutely DISGUSTING service provided at this location. I applied for a passport at this location two months ago and the package was lost in another state. I reached out to USPS customer service and they kept telling me to reach out to the local (this) post office. The post office told me in person and over the phone to reach out to the passport center (which I did several times) and the passport center told me to reach out to the local post office. It's been a constant back and forth where no one is taking accountability for this issue. Tara was the person at the counter who initially helped me. Ms. Jeffries reached out to the post office in the state where the package was lost. When I called this post office back to get an update, post master Kelly was incredibly rude. Kept yelling at me. Kept talking over me. It got to the point where I had to tell her, "I'm speaking. Please stop interrupting me." Completely unprofessional and honestly, no help at all. At least the other two gals tried to help me. If Me Kelly gets fired, I would not be surprised. One would think, "She was probably rude to Ms Kelly and that's why she yelled back." Nope. I worked in customer service for over a decade and I know how to speak to people because I hated when people were rude to me. Ms. Kelly has an awful tone, demeanor, and all around attitude. It's a shame that someone like that is customer/ client facing. Disappointed and concerned that such sensitive documents are lost and absolutely no one helps.

The post master is extremely rude. Talking to Spanish people like if they were stupid. She didn’t want to hear or help them out. What an unprofessional worker at this place. Please keep her in the back not talking to guest. I will walk out of here if I see her again. USPS please address this issue.

I visited the post office today and had the pleasure of being helped by Ozzie. From start to finish, his customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was handled correctly and took the time to explain my options clearly and patiently. It’s rare to encounter someone who is not only knowledgeable but genuinely cares about helping people, and Ozzie exemplified that today. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail turned what is usually a routine errand into a genuinely positive experience. Ozzie is a true asset to the post office, and I hope his efforts are recognized. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Male employee at the front is super rude and lazy. "system was down and will take awhile to reboot" and then started yelling that theyre closed, even though arrived and on line 15 mins before they closed. They need to reconsider the people they hire

Bad service at this place. The man with glasses at the counter seems like he doesn't want to work. No help at all, acting like he was doing me a favor for a passport. I will NEVER go there again. Camera for pictures is broken, supposedly, but appointment was made with photo. Liars!
