  I always pay for my label online and seal my package, I been doing this approx more tan 10 times and yesterday they try to make me pay for another label, when they couldn’t they want that I a pay for another bag, couldn’t send my package because it’s not logic that I always do this the same way and now they wanna make me spend more money.

  Pratham deserves a raise or promotion! I cannot begin to put into words how extremely helpful he was to me. I had to ship something that was extremely important to me. I was accepted into an art gala in Milan Italy, and had to ship my painting to the gallery. We had to make sure that we made size and weight requirements and Pratham worked with me the entire time to ensure that my package was safe and acceptable for shipping! I cannot thank him enough! With all of my gratitude , words can never describe how thankful I am! Thank you so much and thank you UPS*

  Very poor service Got here at 8:30am on Tuesday March 31 2026 when they’re supposed to open… it’s now 8:55am and still nobody here. There’s a whole line of people just waiting outside with no update or anything. Really frustrating start to the day. If you’re not going to open on time, at least let people know. People left there packages for them
