    Monica and the other gentlemen were absolutely wonderful. It was 20 minutes to closing time but they were both extremely patient and friendly. I had various questions but both helped me and provided other (better) options as well. Highly highly recommend this post office!

    “Trust in God… not people” completely astonished this was the managers response when I went there to try and figure out what happened to my stolen package. The postman had marked that my package had safely arrived in my mailbox but when I went to look for it, nothing was there. This is an item that was small enough to fit in the mailbox which has a lock that only myself and the postman could open. I went to the post office to see if I can get some answers from the office to see what could have happened to the package … maybe they could investigate a little and ask the delivery man that was on my route that day. I stated that this was a concern because someone stole my package… Instead I got a “ there is nothing we can do” followed by a “ you can’t trust nobody” I then proceeded and replied “ I would like to believe that we can trust the post office” which the managers only response was “ Only trust in God… not people” I was completely astonished this was the response I was getting. This isn’t only a issue with the post office but a reflection of how bad our society has become… when a federal employees… who’s responsibility in to assure that people mail which contains the most valuable, private, damaging “if in the wrong hands “ tells someone not to trust them. I hope this reaches beyond this one post office but makes it to the top so that maybe this post office can undergo additional training and discussions with their employees. We should be able to trust the USPS to deliver our mail correctly and safely. It’s much more then a 30 cent stamp on an envelope they are delivering.

    La peor atencion que jamas he recibido.....mi paquete debia salir para Argentina hace 6 semanas.....y por arte de magia se fue para Espan̈a......no quieren reintegrarme el dinero y me tratan como si quisiera engan̈arlos....no reintegro de dinero y el paquete va desde Espana a jamaica Quens...jersey city...jamaica queens....pero la cilpa es mia....mal trato....empleado...manager....horrible....
