- LRLISSANDRA DEL ROSARIO2 days ago1.0Wait time is disgustingly long. Only one person working. Things take a long time. There are people waiting in line to drop off a package that has a pre-paid label, but they have to wait in line for a family of five to take care of their passports. You really need to have more than one person working for different areas of the business. There should be a dedicated person for passports and a dedicated person for receiving and sending out mail. It’s very simple. I don’t understand why you have to make people so frustrated because you don’t want to hire extra support.

I’m so glad I did😊 Walked in at 10:00am for passport services and a very nice, polite woman by the name of Pritti assisted me from beginning to end with no interruptions and or distractions. She was so amazing. She greeted with a smile and kept professional the entire time. I hope her manager recognizes how thorough and professional she is. Happy customer😉👍🏽
