I’m so glad I did😊 Walked in at 10:00am for passport services and a very nice, polite woman by the name of Pritti assisted me from beginning to end with no interruptions and or distractions. She was so amazing. She greeted with a smile and kept professional the entire time. I hope her manager recognizes how thorough and professional she is. Happy customer😉👍🏽
- JHjason herreraJun 6, 20251.0Have never had such terrible service, the lady at the front can’t be bothered to be asked to do anything, attitude when questioned, I came to pickup a package that I scheduled, with an email confirmation and the lady dismissed me and said it wasn’t here. Didn’t ask for a name, address, just blatantly said not here. Too much work to move 3 feet and Check properly, had to call customer service which confirmed she was wrong and her ego blew up and told me to come again another time. This place needs to be a spirit Halloween soon Come here if you want to be lied to directly to your face
