What an unprofessional worker at this place. Please keep her in the back not talking to guest. I will walk out of here if I see her again. USPS please address this issue.

He went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was handled correctly and took the time to explain my options clearly and patiently. It’s rare to encounter someone who is not only knowledgeable but genuinely cares about helping people, and Ozzie exemplified that today. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail turned what is usually a routine errand into a genuinely positive experience. Ozzie is a true asset to the post office, and I hope his efforts are recognized. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I will NEVER go there again. Camera for pictures is broken, supposedly, but appointment was made with photo. Liars!

There are people waiting in line to drop off a package that has a pre-paid label, but they have to wait in line for a family of five to take care of their passports. You really need to have more than one person working for different areas of the business. There should be a dedicated person for passports and a dedicated person for receiving and sending out mail. It’s very simple. I don’t understand why you have to make people so frustrated because you don’t want to hire extra support.
