- GGGabriela GuidozzoloJan 21, 20261.0I recently visited the post office and had a less-than-pleasant experience. The employee seemed to be having a tough day and was short with me. Specifically, they seemed put off by my simple question about shipping options, and this said employee charge the most expensive amount without even once looking at me or giving me options about shipping, horrible customer service.I left feeling a bit frustrated and would have appreciated a friendlier interaction. Hopefully, service improves in the future.

My mail carrier is lazy - leaves boxes in my yard rather than walking the few extra steps to my porch, won’t close my mail box door and I recently found a very important document in the street due to this. One of my utility bill payments did not even make it to Sparta. Their customer service is horrible when I call to complain.
