- PWPete WilsonDec 23, 20221.0Was supposed to receive a package two days ago, keeps getting delayed, the customer service is a joke, can’t talk to a real person all I get is a robot voice telling me my package now might not arrive until new years. 0/10 of a service, will never use again, strongly recommend not using usps, use ups it’s cheaper and better anyway, and they actually give you information with your tracking number, like your package dimensions and weight, unlike usps
