We had great customer service at the Newton, NJ location. The slogan was that was easy. It sure was. I was sad to hear that our Staples is closing. I know my package will get to the destination. They also took Amazon returns as well.

- EMEnovi MolinaMay 9, 20244.0I recently ordered a 25 set of custom made thank you cards and while about 90% of them came out beautifully with the design, I did encounter an issue with a few of them. Unfortunately, three of the cards had black residue marks in the center, which was quite annoying. This meant I had to double-check all the cards again to ensure there were no other issues and write around the black residue marks. Overall, I was pleased with the quality of most of the cards, but the presence of those marks was disappointing. I know for future purchases I will be checking each printed item while at the store so that I point them out right there and then and perhaps they can be reissued or fixed on the spot.
