This COULD be the place for you :) Buuuttt... if your postage is "too much work", you may be told to take it elsewhere. ??? WHAT!? Granted, they were the return request type letters, but everything was attached, addressed & ready for the post office's part. But still, it was not a crazy request, by any means! I didn't argue the fact b/c I was stunned and just drove a couple of mins to the Vineland location on the Blvd... to now wait in line. Btw - no line in Newfield's office... wonder why 😒 It was now my turn & I apologized profusely as I handed the kind gentleman my 18 "special" envelopes, with the green return cards filled out & attached properly. The nice man said it's OK, don't apologize, I'll apologize in advance b/c this may take a couple of minutes, but hey, we're the post office, right? It's what we do! Lo & behold it took him under 10mins to complete the entire transaction; which included helping me fix 1 zip code error & process my almost $80 payment! As I was leaving, another postal worker said; "Let me guess... Newfield sent you here"!? I explained yes & how annoying considering I live 5seconds from there, AND the woman who sent me to vineland (again, not the big office on Landis Ave), knew I was in earlier to ask for the green cards so I could fill out & affix them all at home - so I wouldn't hold anyone up 🤦♀️ Just my opinion (even though the vineland location made it seem like an often occurrence 🙄)... use Newfield for the absolute basics of postal services... go anywhere else if you want/need more help/customer service.

- KJKillah JoulesMar 16, 20181.0No local phone number, automated 800 number is a total joke. Was told I had a 50-55 minute hold after much circular button pushing. People at the post office are fine but there is zero way to get in touch with them.
