Went inside to drop off a letter and went to give it to the teller since there was no one in line. She refused to accept it and told me I had to put in the mail box outside. She resumed her video conversation with her friend. Pathetic.

I called out and tried multiple times to get someone’s attention—nothing. No explanation, no sign, no apology. Just completely ignored. This is a basic public service, and the lack of accountability and professionalism here is astounding. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
