She was more than willing to help after 3 days of being turned away she actually told me what was needed to get my packages mailed and ensured that she collected them and sent the instead of sending me away another day to wait to mail my things. I appreciate your help so much and will also be filling out the receipt survey to make sure I sing your praises. We need more of that because these post office workers do not ever want to help the customers. Jasmine’s customer service is top tier.

Both them got an attitude and the short lady (not the Hispanic one) has a nasty attitude to..beware this place makes up they own rules too, anything to be lazy and not have to work or selectively being nice to only whoever they want to...shut this place down ASAP not surprised they got 1.8 stars big inconvenience to the community

They are really nice and try their best. It’s usually rude, impatient customers screaming at them for things that are out of their control. Been a customer for over 20 years here this is my go to post office in Newark
