  Honestly, I am extremely frustrated with this post office. I have had a P.O. Box at this location for nearly a year, and it has consistently been a poor experience—especially when I need to pick up packages that don’t fit in my box and must be retrieved from the service window. On two separate occasions, I came to pick up packages that were already marked as delivered. Last week, my package was delivered on Monday, and I went in on Tuesday morning to pick it up. The clerk told me that without a pickup slip in my box, I would have to wait until one was issued. I work a 9–5 job, so it’s difficult for me to make multiple trips, and I usually go before work. I wasn’t able to return until Friday. When I checked my box, there was still no slip. I went back to another clerk, and she was able to retrieve the package from the back immediately—something that could have been done when I first came in on Tuesday. Not really Surprising , the same thing happened again today. I came to pick up a package that was delivered yesterday, and once again I was told I had to wait until a slip was placed in my box. Given my previous experience, this policy feels inconsistent and unnecessary, especially when the package is already on-site and retrievable. I didn’t want to go back and forth with the clerk, and I had to get to work, so I left feeling confused and frustrated. I’m having a hard time understanding why this process is handled so inconsistently and why customers are required to make multiple trips when the package is already available.And I just paid 80.00 to Renew my box . Won’t be renewing again this is a shame it really makes no sense especially when you’repaying too have your mail and packages held and this is the treatment you receive😂

  Walked in, said hello, I'm here to drop off a package. Middle aged man by the name of E. Turner barely looked up from watching videos on his phone as if 1. I were an imbecile. 2. I had insulted him with my presence. I placed the packages down on the counter - zero directions, zero communication from him, nothing. Just a dead stare. He then proceeds to lecture me like I'm dumb when I inform him that he was about to mix up the shipping labels for my two packages. Highly recommend this location if you want a quintessentially unpleasant UPSP experience. It doesn't take much to be kind, but for some people, it must really be a struggle, bless them.

  A male clerk, really rude and yelled to me. Unprofessional and bad attitude. Avoid him. The ladies are friendly.

  This is the worst post office I ever seen in my life the manger and the rep with waves the of at 2pm shift on Tuesday is a bully curses at the clients plays video games on his phone while at work ! If in lie 🤣 ing just say post the video smh sad how people take advantage of others during these times !! He did it because no one was there but me smh I think 😭🤔
