This is a basic public service, and the lack of accountability and professionalism here is astounding. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

They forced me to buy USPS packaging 📦, and there was a ridiculously rude old lady who kept interrogating me, asking whether I even work for USPS and saying I don’t know anything. I ship hundreds of packages regularly—who does she think she is? Completely disrespectful and unprofessional.
