    I went today febreuary 02/13/2026 the lady was a sweetheart with my she also help me with money order because it was my first time doing it this is my second time that I’m going to this post office and I love it ❤️

    Visited on 01/28 at 9 am. The lady staff behind the counter was rude and instructed me to press “ green “ button ( best customer service) with customer survey option in an assertive manner. She has no right to instruct customers to give her “ very happy” review when in reality she was disgusting and passive aggressive.

    Unprofessional people. Working sucks, I get it. But when you are getting paid to do a service you should really work for it. We do not owe you anything. They act like we owe them something. Clearly here, the hiring requirements is who can rank up the most customer complaints on unprofessionalism. Good job guys, really making the city proud.
