I'm giving 2 stars because theres only 2 people there that deserve to go to a better post office so they don't get the bad rep this place deserves ,and I'm talking about the short Hispanic lady and the young taller female who always has a positive attitude, not the one with the red hair and not the other short lady. Both them got an attitude and the short lady (not the Hispanic one) has a nasty attitude to..beware this place makes up they own rules too, anything to be lazy and not have to work or selectively being nice to only whoever they want to...shut this place down ASAP not surprised they got 1.8 stars big inconvenience to the community

I’m going to have to agree with everybody else here, the women usually working there don’t want to help you and just have a bad attitude, for that reason I’d go the extra mile and go to a different usps. And for the people that claim otherwise, you’re one of the few

Love this location I’m always in and out even if it’s just one person working. For the most part the issue is more so on the post office and not the staff. They are really nice and try their best. It’s usually rude, impatient customers screaming at them for things that are out of their control. Been a customer for over 20 years here this is my go to post office in Newark

There is a woman with reddish hair who is unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. I honestly don’t understand how she is still working there. She has no customer service skills whatsoever, speaks to customers with disrespect, and even refuses to help them. Her behavior is unacceptable.

Yesterday 2 female and today the one female that is there is the rudest person acts like she don't have to help you or get off her phone. Not sure who to call and report this but this is so unreal to deal with a person that doesn't want to do there job. The worst usps service I have ever seen I have 15 packages she refused to scan those she didn’t perform her duty well show some manners to your employees
