Both them got an attitude and the short lady (not the Hispanic one) has a nasty attitude to..beware this place makes up they own rules too, anything to be lazy and not have to work or selectively being nice to only whoever they want to...shut this place down ASAP not surprised they got 1.8 stars big inconvenience to the community

They are really nice and try their best. It’s usually rude, impatient customers screaming at them for things that are out of their control. Been a customer for over 20 years here this is my go to post office in Newark

She has no customer service skills whatsoever, speaks to customers with disrespect, and even refuses to help them. Her behavior is unacceptable. Not sure who to call and report this but this is so unreal to deal with a person that doesn't want to do there job. The worst usps service I have ever seen I have 15 packages she refused to scan those she didn’t perform her duty well show some manners to your employees
