Only 1 person serving at the window even though there are 3 of them sitting there. Then they take forever to walk from the counter to the cupboard and a lifetime to attend to you. And what's the purpose of having a customer service line for no one to pick up!? It's rude and inconvenient you don't know someone's situation to which they now have to physically find a way to get to the post office especially in this weather!!!

- GGGary GorskiJan 21, 20261.0Crooks & Theft of services. The United States Postal Service. (USPS) Had a letter mailed September 16, 2025 Certified, return signature requested for $11.00. Was told it would take 2 days. Checked on line never showed up, always in transit. Filed a missing mail search on October 6, 2025. They just closed the search January 5, 2026. They refuse to refund any postage or make good for the contents. WILL NEVER USE THE POST OFFICE TO MAIL ANYTHING IMPORTANT AGAIN.
