It said that my package was delivered but it wasn't he didn't put no package on my doorstep cuz I was watching him the whole time he just put a piece of mail in my mailbox...that was it... I went down to the post office and asked what was going on and she told me she couldn't tell me anything yet just wait until the day is over and come back tomorrow... Something needs to be done about this cuz this is ridiculous... Now what I'm supposed to do?
- NANoor AlQhataniAug 25, 20251.0Come here only if you have time and patience. There is often only one person helping the costumers and another worker in the back of the Post Office (does not assist the front). As a result, waiting time is longer than other locations.

As a small business owner in Newark, I depend on the mail!! I expect mail. My customers who mail to my PO Box, still get their mail returned! It should not happen. Do better !
