Around 8:30 am ,I went to see if my package was there because it said that they had left a notice for me so therefore I went to check and see if the mailman was still there . The clerk looked up on the screen of my phone and said that my package was there but I need me to fill out the information ,and I asked her to please give me a pen because there’s no pens anywhere and she refused to give me a simple pen and asked me to step back until I gets pen meanwhile the information is on the screen of phone clear for her to see, she refused and called the police and her supervisor to escort me out 😭😭😭I felt so bad and embarrassed until I was in tears 😭

I simply just need to leave them to be scanned and taken off for delivery. But every time I go into this establishment that people behind the counter treat me as though I’m doing something illegal. They always complain about the number of packages I have. I’ve even been told “why are you bringing these packages here?” My response is the same as always. “I thought I can bring packages here to be mailed. I thought it was a good thing to bring business into an establishment.“ Customer service is lackluster to say the lease. I only continue to go to this office because it is literally 1 mile from my house and I do not wish to travel 5 miles award to simply drop off packages. No matter how many times I reached out to a postmaster nobody seems to do anything. It just seems like This behavior is just simply allowed. Maybe one day it’ll all change.
