    I want to share my experience regarding the lady at the counter. Unfortunately, she was quite mean and rude. I was in a hurry and tried to politely ask if I could leave my prepaid package while she was issuing a receipt to another customer. She firmly said "no" more than twice and displayed an unfriendly demeanor. If you dislike your job so much, perhaps it's time to consider a different one! On a positive note, the gentleman next to her was incredibly kind. He stepped in to assist me and was very friendly while doing so. I felt embarrassed by how I was treated, but his kindness and smile made a huge difference. Thank you so much, sir! God bless you!

    Walked in to confirm a change in address, was talked down to about needing an additional document that I was not told I would need. The post master said “I’ll do you a favor this time” only for me to get a notification that the address change was NOT processed. Absolutely COMPLETELY unprofessional. I hate that this is my local post office. Do better.

    Terrible customer service and extremely disrespectful towards people. Went to return a package with my mother and was asked if there was any batteries. My exact words were “it’s a plug in there shouldn’t be any batteries”and then I showed the male behind the desk the side of the box where it says all the pieces inside and he then proceeded to treat me and my mom like a little kid because he asked me a “yes or no” question. I proceeded to say “it’s a plug in so NO” he then says it’s a yes or no question 2 more times after I told him NO multiple times. ALSO 2 years ago I also had an issue where I needed to tape one side that I missed on a box I was returning and I asked if I can just use his tape really quick cause it was right in front of him and it was just one piece I needed and I was told no. I ended up having to buy a whole roll for $10 just to use one piece.
