The post master said “I’ll do you a favor this time” only for me to get a notification that the address change was NOT processed. Absolutely COMPLETELY unprofessional. I hate that this is my local post office. Do better.
- TBTony BamboniJul 21, 20251.0Terrible customer service and extremely disrespectful towards people. Went to return a package with my mother and was asked if there was any batteries. My exact words were “it’s a plug in there shouldn’t be any batteries”and then I showed the male behind the desk the side of the box where it says all the pieces inside and he then proceeded to treat me and my mom like a little kid because he asked me a “yes or no” question. I proceeded to say “it’s a plug in so NO” he then says it’s a yes or no question 2 more times after I told him NO multiple times. ALSO 2 years ago I also had an issue where I needed to tape one side that I missed on a box I was returning and I asked if I can just use his tape really quick cause it was right in front of him and it was just one piece I needed and I was told no. I ended up having to buy a whole roll for $10 just to use one piece.
