A line of customers with no workers in sight. the only two people in here were both taking the same phone call in the back while five guests needed help. kept us all waiting and now i’m late to work. the lady who eventually came out kept leaving?? and was very rude and dismissive when I politely said there is a line forming and we need help. it’s now 2:23 pm still not being helped at all

I asked to drop off with the code even they had to pack and she was like no I cannot pack. She was making me pay for the Box which is supposed to be free
