I asked to drop off with the code even they had to pack and she was like no I cannot pack. She was making me pay for the Box which is supposed to be free

It's the Asian woman all the time by herself and she is so slow. There should be at least 3 people working there. It is an urban area and college town that is busy nonstop!! This is absurd!! Please hire more people!!!
